Upcountry Baby Greens: Cucumber, carrots, Hawaiian ogo papaya seed dressing

Salmon: "Majudara," Fried Maui onions, Maui pineapple relish, lilikoi-kimchi emulsion

OR

Vegetarian: "Mujadara" stuffed avocado, vegetable pancake, lilikoi-kimchi emulsion

Dessert: Spiced Hawaiian honey, macadamia nuts, Korean pear and dried mango
